How do I choose the right machine for my operation?
Share the material, required capacity, daily workload, working environment and available tractor, vehicle or power supply. Our team will recommend a suitable model and configuration.
What information is required for a quotation?
Please provide the product type, application, capacity, power source, destination country and any customization requirements. Photos or videos of the working environment are also helpful.
How do I confirm compatibility with my tractor?
Provide the tractor horsepower, PTO speed, hydraulic connections, three-point hitch category and towing capacity so our team can check compatibility.
How should I select machine capacity?
Capacity should be matched to the material type, daily workload, transport distance, loading method and available power. A larger machine is not always the most efficient choice.
What is the difference between disc and vertical beater manure spreaders?
Disc spreaders use rear discs for broad distribution. Vertical beater models provide stronger breakup for dense manure and compost. The right choice depends on material condition and spreading requirements.
How do I choose a TMR feed mixer?
Consider herd size, feeding frequency, feed composition, batch volume and available power. HUIFU offers electric, PTO-driven and vehicle-mounted configurations.
Can HUIFU equipment handle different materials?
Different machines can handle solid manure, compost, granular fertilizer, liquid manure, feed ingredients, grain, salt and selected powder materials. Please confirm the material condition before selecting a model.
Can the equipment be customized?
Yes. Depending on the product, HUIFU can customize capacity, dimensions, power system, discharge method, accessories, color, logo and packaging.
Do you provide OEM and ODM services?
Yes. We support OEM and ODM projects for distributors, agricultural companies and equipment brands, including configuration, branding, documentation and packaging.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Many standard machines can be ordered as a single unit. Customized or branded orders may have different minimum requirements, which will be confirmed with the quotation.
How long does production take?
Lead time depends on the product, quantity and customization requirements. The confirmed production schedule will be included in the formal quotation.
How is product quality controlled?
Each machine follows defined fabrication, welding, assembly and inspection procedures. Functional checks are completed before delivery.
Do you support distributor and bulk orders?
Yes. Pricing, branding, documentation, spare-parts packages and production planning can be discussed for distributors and repeat orders.
Which trade terms are available?
Common terms such as EXW, FOB, CFR and CIF can be discussed according to the product, destination and order conditions.
What payment terms are available?
Payment terms depend on the order value, product and customization requirements and will be clearly stated in the formal quotation or contract.
Can you arrange international shipping?
Yes. HUIFU can coordinate container, bulk or other suitable transportation based on machine dimensions, quantity and destination.
How is the equipment packaged?
Packaging is selected according to the machine and shipping method. Equipment may be shipped assembled, partially disassembled or with protective steel-frame and waterproof packaging.
Can different machines be loaded in one container?
In many cases, different machines and spare parts can be combined. Our team will review the dimensions and prepare a practical loading plan.
What export documents can be provided?
Commercial invoices, packing lists and standard shipping documents can be prepared. Market-specific certificates should be confirmed before ordering.
What warranty does HUIFU provide?
Standard products normally include a 12-month warranty, subject to the confirmed sales contract. Consumable parts, incorrect operation and unauthorized modifications are handled separately.
Are spare parts available?
Yes. Provide the product model, serial information and photos so our team can identify and supply the correct replacement or wear parts.
Do you provide installation and operating support?
Operating manuals, videos and remote technical guidance can be provided. Additional commissioning or training arrangements can be discussed for complex projects.
What after-sales support is available?
