Description
Product Overview
The 500L Electric High-Pressure Cleaning Vehicle is designed for mobile cleaning, rinsing and spraying operations in municipal sanitation, property maintenance and similar service environments.
The vehicle combines an electric three-wheel chassis, a 500L integrated water tank, a high-pressure cleaning unit and multiple spraying modes. It is equipped with front adjustable dual flushing outlets, rear adjustable atomized spraying and a high-pressure cleaning gun with interchangeable nozzles.
The compact electric chassis is suitable for short-distance mobile cleaning tasks where flexible access and convenient operation are required.
Key Features and Advantages
Electric Three-Wheel Chassis
The reinforced frame-type electric three-wheel chassis is equipped with a 1000W DC brushless differential heavy-duty drive motor and a customized heavy-duty rear axle.
500L Integrated Water Tank
The 500L rotational-molded one-piece water tank is designed to resist leakage, corrosion and aging. It includes a water inlet, drain outlet, overflow outlet and standard 65 fire-fighting interface.
High-Pressure Cleaning System
The cleaning system uses a 1500W DC electric high-pressure cleaning unit with an adjustable-pressure high-pressure pump rated at 130kg/cm² and 10L/min flow.
Multiple Cleaning and Spraying Modes
The vehicle provides front adjustable dual flushing, rear adjustable atomized spraying and high-pressure gun cleaning. Four spray nozzles are supplied: 0°, 15°, 25° and 40°.
15m Automatic Hose Reel
The heavy-duty dual-arm hose reel provides 15m hose length and automatic retraction for convenient high-pressure cleaning operations.
Stainless Steel Filtration and Water-Control Components
The system includes a stainless steel water filter and stainless steel high-pressure ball valves for water-path switching. The high-pressure ball valve is rated at 31.5MPa.
Practical Electric Vehicle Configuration
The vehicle includes one-key reverse selection, anti-rollback function, brake power cut-off, front and rear suspension, lighting and signal components, and a smart charger.

Operation Instructions and Safety Notes
Pre-operation inspection
Check the battery, charger connection, tires, brakes, water tank, hoses, filter, pump, hose reel, spray outlets and high-pressure valves before operation.
Water filling and system preparation
Fill the tank with clean water through the designated inlet. Make sure valves and water paths are correctly positioned before starting the high-pressure cleaning unit.
High-pressure cleaning safety
Keep people away from the high-pressure jet. Never direct the high-pressure gun toward people, animals, electrical equipment or other unsafe targets.
Spraying operation
Select the appropriate front flushing, rear atomized spraying or high-pressure gun mode according to the cleaning task. Use a suitable spray nozzle for the required cleaning pattern.
Electric system safety
Use the specified smart charger and keep charging connections dry and secure. Stop operation and inspect the vehicle if abnormal electrical behavior occurs.
Service safety
Switch off the cleaning system and relieve water pressure before inspecting or servicing hoses, valves, filters, nozzles or pump components.
Maintenance Recommendations
- Drain and clean the water tank after use when necessary.
- Clean the stainless steel water filter regularly.
- Inspect hoses, joints, spray nozzles and high-pressure valves for leakage or damage.
- Check the high-pressure pump and hose reel for normal operation.
- Keep battery terminals and electrical connections clean and secure.
- Charge the battery using the specified charger.
- Inspect tires, suspension, rear axle and braking components regularly.
- Store the vehicle in a dry, ventilated area when not in use.
