Description
Product Overview
The 1.5m³ Jinruihu Chassis Manure Spreader is a self-powered agricultural machine designed for transporting and spreading solid fertilizer materials in farm operations.
It uses a Wuzheng Jinruihu three-wheel chassis with a Changchai 32 HP water-circulation engine. A chain-board feeding system moves material toward the rear-mounted dual-disc spreading unit for rear discharge and field application.
With a 1.5m³ hopper, 2000kg maximum load capacity and 6-12m spreading width, the machine is suitable for fertilizer spreading in agricultural fields, livestock farms, greenhouses, orchards, grassland and pastures.
Key Features and Advantages
Self-Powered Three-Wheel Chassis
The Wuzheng Jinruihu three-wheel chassis provides an integrated powered platform for fertilizer transport and spreading operations.
Rear Dual-Disc Spreading System
The rear-mounted dual-disc spreading device is designed to distribute solid fertilizer materials across the working area.
Chain-Board Material Feeding
A chain-board pushing system conveys material from the hopper toward the rear spreading unit during operation.
1.5m³ Hopper and 2000kg Maximum Load
The machine combines material carrying and field spreading functions, reducing the need for separate manual transport between loading and application.
6-12m Spreading Width
The spreading width can be adjusted within the specified 6-12m range according to material condition and field requirements.
Suitable for Different Solid Fertilizer Materials
The machine can handle materials listed in the source documentation, including farmyard manure, manure, organic fertilizer, lime, distiller’s grains, sugar residue and granular fertilizer.

Operation Instructions and Safety Notes
Pre-operation inspection
Before operation, inspect the vehicle body, chassis and frame for damage, deformation or cracks. Check tire pressure and tire condition. Check engine oil, coolant and fuel levels, and inspect belts, chains and other transmission components. Make sure the spreading discs rotate freely and that the discharge area is clear.
Loading and transportation safety
Do not exceed the rated load capacity. Distribute material as evenly as possible inside the box to reduce center-of-gravity shift. During transport, use an appropriate driving speed and avoid sudden braking and sharp turns.
Operating safety
Before starting the spreading device, make sure no people or obstacles are near the discharge area. Adjust spreading settings according to the fertilizer type, particle size, moisture and field requirements. Monitor spreading performance during operation and stop the machine for inspection if uneven spreading, blockage or other abnormal conditions occur.
Maintenance precautions
Clean residual fertilizer from the vehicle and spreading device after use. When washing with water, avoid electrical components and key transmission parts. Inspect and maintain the power system and spreading components regularly.
Maintenance Recommendations
- Clean remaining fertilizer from the vehicle and spreading device after each use to reduce corrosion.
- Lubricate rotating components and inspect the spreading mechanism regularly.
- Check wear on spreading parts, belts, chains and other transmission components, and replace seriously worn parts when necessary.
- Perform regular engine maintenance, including checks and replacement of service items specified in the source documentation.
- For long-term storage, keep the machine in a dry and well-ventilated place. For a fuel-powered machine, drain the fuel tank as specified in the source documentation.
