Product Overview
The 6 Cubic Meter Trailed Grain and Fertilizer Transfer Spreader is a multifunctional agricultural trailer designed for grain transport, fertilizer transfer and field spreading operations.
The machine uses a large-capacity box body and a high-discharge auger system. The discharge tube can be raised hydraulically and rotated to the left or right, allowing material transfer at different discharge positions. A rear dual-disc spreading system is also provided for fertilizer spreading operations.
It is suitable for handling granular crops such as rice, wheat, corn and rapeseed, as well as fertilizer materials used in large-field agricultural operations.

Operation Instructions and Safety Notes
Pre-operation inspection
Check tire pressure, braking components, lighting, the discharge tube connection, hydraulic lifting and rotation mechanisms, and the material conveying system before operation. Make sure there is no looseness, deformation, leakage or blockage.
Loading safety
Distribute grain or fertilizer evenly inside the box body and do not exceed the rated load capacity. Uneven loading may affect vehicle stability.
Discharge operation
Before unloading, make sure there are no people or obstacles around the discharge area. Operate the lifting and rotation functions smoothly to reduce vehicle movement and material spillage.
Spreading operation
Keep the work area clear and monitor material flow during spreading. Stop the machine immediately if blockage or abnormal material flow occurs.
Weather precautions
Avoid high-discharge unloading in strong wind because material may drift and affect unloading accuracy and the surrounding area.
Maintenance Recommendations
- Remove residual grain or fertilizer from the conveying and discharge systems after operation to reduce corrosion and blockage.
- Check hydraulic oil condition and oil level regularly and inspect hydraulic connections for leakage.
- Inspect and tighten bolts and other fastening points regularly.
- Clean the tires and chassis after working on muddy roads.
- After operation in rain or humid conditions, clean and dry the machine to reduce rust risk.
