Description
Product Overview
The 20 Cubic Meter Trailed Grain and Fertilizer Transfer Wagon is designed for high-capacity grain transport, grain unloading and fertilizer transfer operations in large agricultural fields.
The machine uses a 20m³ hopper and a high-discharge auger system. The discharge auger can be raised hydraulically and rotated to the left or right, allowing material to be transferred into trucks, fertilizer applicators or other receiving equipment.
The product family is intended for transporting granular crops such as rice, wheat, corn and rapeseed, and for fertilizer transfer work. The 20m³ specification sheet does not list a dedicated spreading mechanism or spreading width, so these are not presented as standard specifications for this model.
Key Features and Advantages
20m³ High-Capacity Hopper
The large hopper supports bulk material transport and reduces the frequency of loading and unloading during field operations.
High-Discharge Auger System
The 377mm discharge auger tube is designed for grain and fertilizer transfer. The discharge system provides a lifting height of 5.5m.
Wide Discharge Positioning Range
The discharge auger can rotate 180° to the left and 180° to the right, providing flexible positioning when unloading into receiving equipment.
High Load Capacity
The specified maximum load capacity is 20000kg, supporting large-volume field transport operations.
Four-Tire Running Gear
The machine uses four 500/65-22.5 tires, supporting the large-capacity trailer structure for field transport.
Multi-Use Agricultural Material Transfer
The machine can be used for transporting grain and transferring fertilizer materials between field equipment and receiving vehicles.

Operation Instructions and Safety Notes
Pre-operation inspection
Check tire pressure, braking components, lighting, hydraulic connections, discharge auger connections, lifting and rotation mechanisms, and the material conveying system before operation.
Loading safety
Distribute grain or fertilizer evenly inside the hopper. Do not exceed the specified maximum load capacity. Uneven loading may affect trailer stability during transport.
High-discharge unloading safety
Before unloading, make sure there are no people or obstacles around the discharge area. Raise and rotate the discharge auger smoothly and avoid sudden movements that may cause vehicle instability or material spillage.
Material conveying safety
Monitor material flow during unloading. If blockage or abnormal operation occurs, stop the conveying system before inspection or cleaning.
Weather precautions
Avoid high-discharge unloading in strong winds where grain or fertilizer may drift and affect unloading accuracy or the surrounding area.
Maintenance Recommendations
- – Clean residual grain and fertilizer from the hopper, auger and conveying system after operation.
- – Check hydraulic oil condition and oil level regularly.
- – Inspect hydraulic hoses, joints and valves for leakage or damage.
- – Check the discharge auger and conveying components for blockage, looseness or abnormal wear.
- – Inspect and tighten fasteners regularly.
- – Clean tires and the chassis after operation in muddy or wet conditions.
- – Store the machine in a dry and ventilated area when not in use.
