Description
Product Overview
The 8 Cubic Meter Trailed Grain and Fertilizer Transfer Spreader is a tractor-towed agricultural machine designed for transporting granular crops, transferring fertilizer, and field spreading operations.
The machine uses a large box-type hopper with an auger conveying system driven from the tractor rear output. Its high-discharge auger can be hydraulically raised and rotated to the left or right for grain or fertilizer transfer. A rear dual-disc spreading system supports fertilizer spreading in the field.
It is suitable for large-field operations involving rice, wheat, corn, rapeseed and fertilizer handling, helping combine transport, transfer and spreading functions in one machine.
Key Features and Advantages
Multi-Function Grain and Fertilizer Handling
Supports grain transport, grain unloading, fertilizer transfer and fertilizer spreading, reducing the need for separate machines for different field tasks.
8m³ Hopper Capacity
The large-capacity hopper is designed for bulk handling of granular crops and fertilizer in agricultural operations.
High-Discharge Auger System
The discharge auger provides a 5m lifting height and can rotate 180° to the left and 180° to the right for flexible unloading and fertilizer transfer.
Tractor-Driven Auger Conveying
The conveying system is driven through the tractor rear output and transmission connection, moving grain or fertilizer through the auger during transfer operations.
Dual-Disc Fertilizer Spreading
The rear dual-disc spreading system provides a specified spreading width of 6-10m for field fertilizer application.
Designed for Agricultural Transport and Field Work
The machine is intended for grain and fertilizer handling in large agricultural fields and similar farm operating environments.

Operation Instructions and Safety Notes
Pre-operation inspection
Check tire pressure, braking components, lighting, hydraulic connections, auger conveying components and the discharge lifting/rotation mechanism before use. Ensure all connections are secure and there are no leaks, loose parts or blockages.
Loading and transportation safety
Distribute grain or fertilizer evenly in the hopper and do not exceed the rated load capacity. Uneven loading can affect stability during transport.
High-discharge unloading safety
Before unloading, keep personnel and obstacles clear of the discharge area. Operate the lifting and rotation mechanism smoothly to reduce vehicle movement and material spillage.
Spreading operation
When using the dual-disc spreading system, observe material flow and spreading conditions. Stop operation immediately if blockage or abnormal material flow occurs.
Weather precautions
After operation in rain, damp conditions or muddy fields, clean the machine promptly. Avoid high-discharge unloading in strong winds because material may be blown away from the intended discharge area.
Maintenance Recommendations
- Clean residual grain and fertilizer from the hopper, auger conveying system and discharge components after operation.
- Check hydraulic oil condition and oil level regularly and inspect hydraulic lines for leakage.
- Inspect the auger and conveying components for blockage, wear or looseness.
- Check and tighten bolts and structural connections regularly.
- Clean the tires and chassis after operation on muddy roads or in wet field conditions.
- Store the machine in a dry, ventilated area when not in use.
