Description
Product Overview
The 12 m³ Hydraulic Trailed Twin Vertical Auger Manure Spreader is designed for transporting, breaking up and spreading solid agricultural materials. It is tractor-trailed and uses a rear-mounted twin vertical auger spreading system. The material feeding system is driven by the tractor hydraulic output, with an internal conveyor chain moving material toward the rear spreading unit.
The machine is suitable for dry and wet manure, lumpy manure, organic fertilizer, granular fertilizer, sand and lime. It is intended for applications such as large farms, pastures and grassland, with adjustable material feeding and spreading settings for different operating requirements.
Key Features and Advantages
Twin Vertical Auger Spreading System
The rear-mounted twin vertical augers break up and spread material to the rear. The source material specifies a stepped auger-blade arrangement for material breakup and convenient blade replacement.
Hydraulic-Powered Material Feeding
The fertilizer conveying system is driven by the tractor hydraulic output. The internal conveyor chain moves material toward the spreading unit, and the conveying speed can be adjusted through the speed-control valve.
Adjustable Discharge and Spreading
A large-flow discharge gate and speed-control valve allow material output to be adjusted according to application requirements. The specified spreading width for this model is 8-16m.
12 m³ Hopper Capacity
The hopper volume is 12m³, supporting field spreading operations with reduced need for frequent reloading compared with smaller-capacity operation.
48 High-Manganese-Steel Auger Blades
The twin vertical auger system is equipped with 48 auger blades made of high-manganese steel.
High-Strength Carbon Steel Hopper
The hopper is made of high-strength carbon steel for agricultural spreading operations.
Five-Process Paint Surface Treatment
The specified surface treatment includes shot blasting, sandblasting, abrasive blasting, primer and topcoat processes.
Suitable for Different Material Conditions
The machine can handle dry and wet manure, lumpy manure, organic fertilizer, granular fertilizer, sand and lime for supported agricultural spreading applications.

Operation Instructions and Safety Notes
Pre-operation inspection
Check the connection between the spreader and tractor, including the hitch and drawbar, for damage, deformation or looseness. Check tire pressure, tire wear and chassis condition. Inspect hydraulic hoses and valves for secure connections and leakage, and confirm that the hydraulic drive can operate the vertical augers and conveyor chain. Check the vertical augers, auger blades, conveyor chain, discharge gate and adjustment components before operation.
Loading and transportation safety
Avoid operating above the rated loading and working limits of the spreader, conveyor chain and vertical auger system. Ensure the tractor-spreader connection is secure before moving the machine.
Operating safety
Control tractor travel speed according to material type, application rate and spreading conditions. Adjust vertical auger speed, conveyor-chain speed and discharge-gate opening according to the material condition and required spreading result. Observe spreading performance during operation and adjust settings when necessary.
Maintenance precautions
After each operation, remove residual material from the hopper, vertical augers and conveyor chain. Water may be used for cleaning, but avoid allowing water to enter electrical components and key transmission parts. Release hydraulic system pressure before long-term storage.
Maintenance Recommendations
- Clean residual fertilizer from the hopper, vertical augers and conveyor chain after each spreading operation to reduce corrosion.
- Inspect the vertical auger blades, conveyor chain and gearbox regularly for wear, and replace seriously worn components when necessary.
- Check hydraulic hoses, connections and valves regularly and keep the system free from leakage.
- Store the spreader in a dry, well-ventilated location during long periods of non-use.
- Release hydraulic system pressure before long-term storage.
