Description
Product Overview
The 3 Cubic Meter Trailed Grain and Fertilizer Transfer Spreader is a multi-purpose agricultural machine designed for grain transport, fertilizer transfer and field spreading operations.
The machine combines a 3m³ hopper, a high-discharge auger system and a rear dual-disc spreading unit. The auger is driven from the tractor rear output through a drive shaft, while the discharge tube can be hydraulically raised and positioned for unloading. The discharge tube can rotate 180° to the left and 180° to the right, supporting flexible transfer to other equipment or storage points.
It can be used for handling grain crops such as rice, wheat, corn and rapeseed, as well as fertilizer loading, transfer and spreading work on farms and large agricultural fields.
Key Features and Advantages
Multi-Purpose Grain and Fertilizer Handling
Designed for grain transport, unloading, fertilizer transfer and fertilizer spreading, allowing one machine to support multiple seasonal farm operations.
High-Discharge Auger System
The discharge auger provides a lifting height of 4.5m. Its hydraulic positioning system allows 180° rotation to the left and 180° to the right for flexible unloading and fertilizer transfer.
Tractor-Driven Auger Transfer
The material conveying auger is driven from the tractor rear output through a drive shaft, providing mechanical transfer of grain or fertilizer from the hopper.
Rear Dual-Disc Fertilizer Spreading
A rear dual-disc spreading system is provided for fertilizer application, with a specified spreading width of 6-10m.
3m³ Hopper with 5000kg Maximum Load
The 3m³ hopper provides material carrying capacity for field transport and transfer operations, with a specified maximum load of 5000kg.
Removable Discharge Tube Section
The overall length is 5103mm with the discharge tube installed. The document also specifies a 4014mm length when the rear section of the discharge tube is removed, supporting more compact transport or storage.

Operation Instructions and Safety Notes
Pre-operation inspection
Before each use, check the tires, braking system and lighting. Inspect the discharge auger connections, hydraulic components, lifting and rotating mechanisms, and make sure there is no looseness, deformation or leakage. Check the material conveying auger for normal operation and remove any foreign objects or blockages.
Loading and transportation safety
Load grain or fertilizer evenly inside the hopper to avoid shifting the center of gravity. Do not exceed the specified maximum load capacity. Keep the machine stable during transport and field operation.
Unloading and spreading safety
Keep people and obstacles away from the unloading and spreading area. Operate the discharge auger lifting and rotation functions smoothly to reduce machine movement and material spillage. If material flow becomes blocked or abnormal, stop operation before inspection and clearing.
Weather precautions
After operation in wet or muddy conditions, clean the tires and chassis. Avoid high-discharge unloading in strong wind because material may drift and affect unloading accuracy and the surrounding area.
Maintenance Recommendations
- Remove residual grain or fertilizer from the hopper, conveying system and discharge components after operation to reduce corrosion and blockage.
- Check hydraulic oil condition and level regularly and inspect hydraulic lines and connections for leakage.
- Inspect the auger, transmission components and fastening bolts regularly and correct looseness or abnormal wear before further operation.
- Clean the machine after use in rain, mud or humid conditions and store it in a dry, ventilated location when not in use.
