Description
Product Overview
The 5 Cubic Meter Hydraulic Trailed Dual-Disc Manure Spreader is designed for transporting and spreading solid fertilizer materials in agricultural fields. It is a tractor-trailed machine with a 5m³ hopper, chain-board material feeding system and rear dual-disc spreading device.
During operation, material is conveyed toward the rear spreading unit and distributed by the rotating discs. The spreading width can be adjusted according to fertilizer type, field conditions and application requirements. The machine is intended for solid materials such as livestock and poultry manure, organic fertilizer and compound fertilizer.
Key Features and Advantages
5m³ Hopper Capacity
The 5m³ hopper provides material capacity for field fertilizer spreading operations and helps reduce the frequency of reloading compared with smaller-capacity equipment.
Rear Dual-Disc Spreading System
The rear-mounted dual-disc spreading device uses rotating discs to distribute solid fertilizer across the field. The specified spreading width is 6-12 m.
Chain-Board Material Feeding
A chain-board pushing system feeds fertilizer from the hopper toward the rear spreading mechanism for continuous spreading operation.
Trailed Agricultural Design
The spreader is designed to be connected to a tractor or other suitable towing equipment. The specified matching power requirement is 60 HP or above.
High Load Capacity for Field Work
The specified maximum load capacity is 8,000 kg, supporting fertilizer transportation and spreading in agricultural operations.
Mechanical Fertilizer Application
The mechanized spreading method reduces manual fertilizer handling and supports fertilizer application over larger field areas.

Operation Instructions and Safety Notes
Pre-operation Inspection
Check the connection between the spreader and towing equipment. Make sure connecting pins, hooks, tires, wheel hubs, spreading discs, disc blades and transmission components are in normal condition and free from looseness, damage or blockage.
Loading and Transportation Safety
Do not exceed the rated load capacity. Confirm that the spreader is securely connected to the tractor or towing equipment before movement, and control travel speed according to field conditions and the material being handled.
Operating Safety
Adjust travel speed, disc speed and spreading width according to fertilizer type and field requirements. Observe spreading performance during operation and make adjustments when necessary. Avoid overloading, which may affect vehicle movement, spreading performance and machine components.
Maintenance Precautions
After spreading, remove fertilizer residue from the hopper and spreading device. Water may be used for cleaning, but avoid allowing water to enter electrical and transmission components.
Maintenance Recommendations
- Clean residual fertilizer from the hopper and spreading system after operation to reduce corrosion.
- Inspect disc blades and transmission components regularly for wear or damage.
- Replace severely worn components when required to maintain normal spreading operation.
- Keep the spreader in a dry, well-ventilated storage area during long periods of non-use to reduce moisture and rust exposure.
